My moms an artist so I grew up with it but I just saw a photo of a lion one day and knew I wanted to paint it so I just tried and that was it :) just get some paint on the canvas it’ll make a difference!

Aw I’m sorry that must be really difficult for you…from my experience when I’m upset I like to be surrounded by lots of nature or meditate or exercise. Something that empowers you and makes you feel good inside. A hot bath with essential oils, salts, and your favorite candles will always help too 💜 I hope everything turns out okay.

I make a lot of smoothies. Usually two smoothies a day and a salad and then I have snacks like nuts and or raw crunches 👅
